Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
<em>Refunds</em>
We do not issue refunds under any circumstance. We do, however, exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
<em>Returns</em>
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or exchange items for different sizes. Send us an email at support@eliaspaul.com with your order number, a description of what is wrong with your order, and any photos of the issues. We will be in contact with you as soon as we can to resolve the issue.
